                Flowers on 9th Avenue at Lincoln Avenue in
                Golden Gate Park

What is Zine Fest?
It is an annual two-day exhibit of independent and underground publishing.  Exhibiros come from all over the West coast and while the focus is on zines (small, self-published magazines), all walks of DIY (do it yourself) life are represented (comics, arts and crafts, literary presses and more).

Why should I attend?

Because it’s fun and hip and any of Melaina’s friends who show up to her table get a free copy of her latest zine.
